In March 2016 Ruby and Nick moved from Sydney with two young children to take over Factory Espresso which was established in 2012. With next to no hospitality experience between them, some thought they would be finished after 5 months, but thanks to their loyal customers and staff and the support from their fantastic local suppliers, their cafe and comedy venue has gone from strength to strength.
